Hi, my name is Celeste, and I’m 19 years old, currently enrolled in the DCP. My photography journey began in my senior year of high school when I started shooting local gigs at my favorite café, Stardust. Photography has always been a part of my life since I was a kid my first camera was a camcorder, which slowly upgraded to a Rebel T6, and now I shoot with my pride and joy, a Canon EOS R6.

I never realized my passion for concert photography until my senior year, but once I discovered it, I was hooked. Music has always been my safe space, and I’ve always believed in its power to bring people together. The energy of a live performance, the way people connect through sound and dance, inspired me to capture those moments and share them with others. That’s why I created this community so fans from all around local scenes can come together, celebrate what they love, and feel welcomed. I want this space to be one where people of all backgrounds can connect, share their passion, and find a sense of belonging through the music we all love.

One of my biggest dreams is to travel the world and immerse myself in the different cultures and stories that exist across the globe. There are so many unique voices out there stories that are waiting to be heard. Through photography, I want to tell those stories and connect with people, whether it's through a concert, a quiet moment, or an unsung hero in a local community. I believe that storytelling, especially through images, has the power to break down barriers, foster understanding, and unite us. This journey I’m starting now is a way to begin sharing those stories, and hopefully, build a community where people can come together, find inspiration, and feel empowered.

This is just the beginning. I envision myself capturing stories from every corner of the world, from the bustling streets of cities to the peaceful solitude of remote villages, all while connecting with people who share the same passion for music, culture, and life. Whether it's documenting an underground music scene or sharing the intimate stories of individuals who have been overlooked, I want my work to reflect the beautiful diversity of humanity. Working for National Geographic has always been a dream of mine. The opportunity to travel, witness the incredible beauty of life, and share stories of human connection is something that drives me. I want my photography to do more than just capture moments I want it to inspire change, provoke thought, and celebrate what makes us all unique. Through this community, I hope to begin creating that kind of impact, one story at a time.

Ultimately, I believe that every image has the potential to bring people together. This community, rooted in music and photography, is the foundation I’m building to share the stories that matter, amplify voices, and celebrate the moments that unite us all. I’m so excited for where this journey will take me, and I can’t wait to grow alongside everyone who’s part of this experience.
